Our Staff

My name is Rodney Caudill, and I bring something unique to your case—decades of insider experience as both a former police officer and insurance adjuster before becoming an attorney. This rare combination gives me powerful insight into how your accident will be evaluated and defended.

Unlike high-volume firms, I've built a boutique practice where I carefully select clients I can truly help, providing personalized attention you won't find with TV lawyers. I will fight strategically against the insurance companies to help you get the full compensation you're entitled to. My goal isn't simply to win your case—it's to help you rebuild your life and return to the things that truly matter to you.

After spending a few years in Charlotte and Fort Worth, my wife Sabrina and I came home to be close to and care for family. As they say, sometimes you don't know what you have until you lose it, and living away from Northwest North Carolina gave me a new appreciation for what we have in this area of the country. We feel blessed to be back where we are heavily involved in our church life, on the Wilkesboro ABC Board, the Blue Ridge Opportunity Commission Board and Executive Committee, and the Wilkesboro Firemen's Retirement Plan Board. We're also happy parents to our two canine "kids," Coco and Monty.

Biography

Blanca grew up in Wilkes County and has worked in the legal field for over 3 years. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and earned her bachelor's from UNC Charlotte in May of 2025.
